STATE HEALTH INSPECTOR WILL BE AT US BANK !!
1. Please remember to follow the instructions for ALL Coupons. If you do not know, ask a MGR. We have to ring these up correct or we will get docked money.
2. Remember, if you ring up a sale, we are liable for that money from that sale. If you need corrections or adjustments, notify a MGR. We need to be more accurate with our sales and inventory.
3. Follow the NEW Check in Procedures.
4. CARD EVERYONE and secret shoppers will be out for this game.
NEW CHECK-IN PROCEDURES !
Security has just informed us that the NPO badge pick-up location can no longer be at the team member entrance- it will now be in a large tent located on 11th Ave, near Verizon Gate. Volunteers will need to stop at the tent to pick up their badge (the ladies that normally are at the badge cart will be there) then continue through security and into the team member doors.
Top of the ramp you will sign your name for attendance and stand # location.
Grab a shirt, map and bank cards for $ and parking validation.
Shirts will be organized by size in large buckets.
Bank cards will be paper clipped to your gate list.
Money pick-up will be on the main and upper concourse in the vending rooms. Main concourse= near 116 Upper concourse=between 306 & 310
They will stay there till 15min before gates open: 9:30am
PARKING
Bring your parking ticket with you. You will be able to validate your ticket when you sign in. Parking ramp for the week is:
Leamington Ramp Location: 1001 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403
Vehicle Entry: 10th Street, 11th Street
MEALS
Bag lunches will be by the NPO sign-in tables. Please grab a beverage from your stand.
APPEARANCE
Black pants (no yoga, leggings, wind, athletic, jeans) black shoes. White undershirt only.
Nothing on your wrists.
No large rings and earrings
No fake nails (this a food safety issue) and clean nails; no chipped nail polish.
CHECK-OUT
Make sure your stand is cleaned and check with the concession supervisor/stand lead before you leave.

Money leads will need to come to the event level (-2) for money drop at the end of the event. Bring the black 3-ring binder inventory book with you and drop with the people collecting your bank. Money escort is available at the of the event.
